Manon has been the Executive Director with Coach NB for the past 16 years. She keeps saying time flies when you are having fun. Her biggest skill set is relationship building and setting people up for success by strategizing and executing. A figure skating coach for 20 years, but currently plays the role of the taxi driver for her daughter’s activities. She was a member of the Coaching Association of Canada Board of Directors for 6 years and currently is a member of the Parasport NB Board of Directors.
Strongly believes in coach development and how coaches play a significant role by inspiring and impacting our communities. When she’s not working, or thinking about innovative outside-the-box ideas, she’s camping with her family.
Gabriel Kim

Gabriel grew up in Aylmer, Quebec. He grew up playing a wide variety of sports but chose rugby as his main sport. He plays and coaches, having done both in Europe and most recently having coached the USport women’s team at Bishop’s University, his alma mater. He completed his MSc in Sport Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Prior to beginning his role with CoachNB, Gabriel was working with the Coaching Association of Canada.

Andrea Creer is originally from Dartmouth, NS. Andrea is a recent graduate of the University of New Brunswick, obtaining a Bachelor’s of Recreation and Sports Studies with a Minor in Business.
She has been involved in many sports, predominantly competitive swimming, as an athlete and continues her work as a swim coach in the Fredericton area. She believes that coach education plays an important role in the sports system by helping to create a positive sporting experience for all participants to develop and have fun. Andrea is very excited to share her passion for coaching and help create opportunities she had as an athlete.
Madeline Belding

Madeline Belding (Sussex, NB) is an NCCP certified basketball coach with 8 years of experience coaching women’s basketball at the USports level (UNB, Windsor, UBC) as well as 10 years working within provincial basketball (New Brunswick, Ontario and British Columbia). In addition to her coaching experience, Madeline has a Masters of Kinesiology, Coaching Science and is currently the Women in Coaching Project Manager with Coach/EntraîneurNB.
Madeline is passionate about the growth of women in sport in all facets, from athletes to coaches, officials to administrators. She has dedicated her professional career to mentorship and empowering female-identified leaders within sport.
