Why did you apply to become a VIPCoach?

I joined the VIP Program because coaching is a profession that does not get the respect it deserves.  I want to promote coaching as a real option for a life pathway – a career and not just something to do on the side or on weekends.  Coaches impact people’s lives everyday – both positively and negatively – and that kind of responsibility should be taken more seriously by coaches and by the community as a whole.
