What is involved?
The Home Study Program is intended for active Coaches who are unable to attend in-class Multi-Sport National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) modules due to circumstances beyond their control.
Home Study is a self-directed/correspondent based program that can be completed in the comfort of your own home. The program is a replica of the Competition-Introduction and Development NCCP Multi-Sport in-class modules. The Coach will be expected to complete a variety of exercises and tasks in the course workbook.
We have trained and experienced Coach Developers who will mentor, evaluate, and support you through the processes.
How Do I Get Started? The candidates must complete and submit the Home Study Program application form. If you have any questions please submit to the Team at Sport New Brunswick nccp@sportnb.com
Please allow a two weeks to receive notice of approval.

We are excited that Coach NB has received a grant through the Go NB Grant Program for 2021 . The Go NB Grant will allow Coach NB to reduce the rate for the multi-sport modules by 60%. The Sport & Recreation Branch from the Dept of Tourism, Heritage, and culture is committed to providing funding in support of our NB coaches. Please note this is only available for NB resident Coaches.
We’re trying to find new ways to support our NB coaches and reduce any barriers that keep coaches from being the best they can be!
For NB Resident; please click the “NB Resident” option for registration payment via the Locker.
