vip is a coaching program created to recognize the contribution of coaches in communities across New Brunswick. vip is not a certification or requirement, but rather a proactive opportunity for coaches to continue to excel in ethical leadership.
vip participants are supported and part of a broader community who are leading the way, creating a positive impact on the lives of everyone in the provincial and community sport sector. Interested in becoming a vip coach?
WHY ?
Upon meeting the criteria, a coach will be rewarded with the following:
- Coach Kit (worth over $300)
- Opportunities to connect with a variety of coaches across New Brunswick
- Financial support to complete required courses
- Discounted price for the Atlantic Coaches Conference
ELIGIBILITY
Must have :
- Sign Coaching Association of Canada Code of Conduct
- Trained or Certified to coach the level of sport.
- Complete NCCP Safe Sport Training
- Complete NCCP Make Ethical Decisions Online Evaluation
- Complete NCCP Making Head Way
